Claims (1)
- ロールシヤフト胴部にテーパ嵌合部を形成し、
同ロールシヤフト内部に、前記テーパ嵌合部外表
面に一端が開口し他端がテーパ嵌合部以外の外表
面に達する液体圧入路を形成し、前記テーパ嵌合
部に、内周に同じテーパを有するスリーブを介し
て硬質合金製リングを嵌合させ、またロールシヤ
フトの前記スリーブより軸端側に水切り用ラビリ
ンスリングを嵌合し、このラビリンスリングのさ
らに軸端側で軸受によりロールシヤフトを支持す
る形式の圧延ロールにおいて、前記テーパを、ス
リーブとロールシヤフトの摩擦係数の１／５〜１
／２０の正弦値を持つた角度に設定するとともに
、スリーブとラビリンスリングを一体に形成し、
さらに、このスリーブと一体化したラビリンスリ
ングの軸端側側面に密着させて、ロールシヤフト
外周に軸受の内輪を密嵌合させたことを特徴とす
る圧延ロール。
