Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)感光体に対設された現像スリーブと、トナーとキ
ャリアとから成る2成分現像剤を貯溜する現像剤貯溜部
と、該貯溜部内に上記現像スリーブに並行に設けられ、
全長に亘つて放射状に複数の搬送羽根を設けた羽根車と
を現像容器内部に有して成り、上記現像スリーブが上記
羽根車により供給された現像剤を保持搬送して感光体上
の潜像にトナーを供給して現像を行ない、現像後の現像
剤を上記現像剤貯溜部に戻して循環させるようにした電
子写真複写機の現像装置において、上記羽根車には全長
にわたつて搬送羽根を囲繞して螺旋状現像剤移動部材が
固定され、羽根車の軸は中空に形成されその両端部周壁
に現像剤の流入、排出口を設け、内部に上記現像剤移動
部材の搬送方向と逆方向に現像剤を搬送する搬送スクリ
ューを設け、上記羽根車は現像容器側面より若干突出し
て延長され、現像容器側板はその部分を羽根車の回転を
許容する如く囲繞する円筒状に突出し、この円筒状部の
上部及び下部に夫々現像剤供給及び排出用の開口を設け
、該円筒状部に回動可能に外嵌し、放射状壁により内部
が複数の室に分割され、その各室には夫々上記現像容器
の円筒状部の開口に対応する位置に開口とこれを開閉す
る手段とが設けられた現像剤タンクを有し、その各室を
互いに異なる色の現像剤収容室とし、現像容器内現像剤
の色替えを可能とするとともに、上記各色のトナータン
クを、現像容器内にある現像剤の色のトナーを選択的に
補給することができるように設けたことを特徴とする色
替え可能な現像装置。
