明図である。 各図中同一部材には同一符号を付し、１はコア
、２は電極線、３は電熱線、４はガイドコア、５
はコアユニツト、６は金属パイプ、７と１１およ
び１２は底板、８はマグネシア粉末である。
１図はカートリツジヒータの断面図、第２図と第
３図は底板の説明図、第４図はコアとガイドコア
の斜視図、第５図〜第７図は従来例に係るもので
あり、第５図はカートリツジヒータの断面図、第

Claims (1)
- 一側を閉塞した金属パイプと、マグネシア紛末
を焼結させたコアにより金属パイプ内に固定配置
される電極線および電熱線と、金属パイプ内に充
填されるマグネシア紛末と、を含み、金属パイプ
の減径加工によりコアが破枠されマグネシア充満
密度が高密度とされるカートリツジヒータにおい
て、金属パイプの閉塞板を外側に凸部を有する金
属底板とし、減径加工により凸部が外側に膨らむ
ことを特徴とするカートリツジヒータ。
