生する手段と、該発生手段からの高周波信号によ
つて前記圧電素子に流れる電流値及び電流と電圧
の位相差を検出する検出手段と、該検出手段の検
出した電流値と位相差に基づいてノツキングセン
サの劣化状況を判定する判定手段とを設けて構成
したことを特徹とするノツキングセンサの自己診
