Claims (1)
- フレームに対して回転可能に軸支された永久磁
石ロータと、前記ロータの周囲に所定ギヤツプを
隔ててフレームに固定され所定周期の励磁パルス
が供給されるステータコイルと、前記ロータと噛
み合いモータ軸に沿つて前後に直進移動可能な直
進ネジ軸と、を含み、前記直進ネジ軸の回転止め
を行うことによつて直進ネジ軸の前後方向移動を
得る直進ネジ軸型ステツピングモータにおいて、
前記ロータに摩擦付勢力を与えて、ロータの停止
時間を短縮したことを特徴とする直進ネジ軸型ス
テツピングモータ。
