ルミニウム押出型材よりなる製氷基板２の内部に
並列かつ直線状の冷媒通路３ａが設けられた製氷
器において、製氷基板２の左右両側面に、隣り合
う冷媒通路３ａの端部に連なる連通溝６が製氷基
板２の左右両側においてそれらの位置が左右交互
にずれるように穿たれ、製氷基板２の左右両側面
に、隣り合う直線状冷媒通路３ａの開口端部と連
通溝６の開口部に入り込んでこれらを塞ぐ膨出部
８を有するカバー・プレート７がそれぞれろう付
けされることにより、隣り合う直線状冷媒通路３
ａの端部に連なる連通部９が形成されて、製氷基
板２に全体として蛇行状の冷媒通路３が形成され
