Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は複数個のガスバーナを等間隔に並置
せしめた組立式ガスバーナに関し、特にその組付
け作業の簡便化を図つたものである。

け保持する前板と上下に係合溝をもつ後板とでガ
スバーナを挾持する構造のものが提案されている
(例えば実開昭53−52443号)が、後板の上部係合
溝と下部係合溝とにガスバーナを同時に嵌めつけ
る作業を必要とし、その作業は極めて困難である
ためその組付け作業に多大な手間がかる欠点があ
つた。

合溝6に前記係合凸部4を嵌めつければ、ガスバ
ーナAは底体C上にほゞ水平を保つて保持される
ようになつている。また、Dは後板で、その上部
内面に前記係合凸部3ががたのないよう係合でき
る複数個の垂直方向の係合溝7を前記短管部5と
同一の間隔を保つて穿ち、かつ下端部にはこれを
底体Cに取付けるための取付座板14を設けてい
る。E,E′は底体Cの左右に取付けられる側板
で、その下部に取付座板17,17′を設けてい
る。そして前板Bおよび後板Dは底体Cと取付座
11,14を介してボルトを貫通してナツトにて
締付固定される。(ボルト挿通個所はそれぞれ第
1図a,dにて示す。)同様に本実施例では側板
E,E′は取付座17,17′を介して底体Cに締
付固定される(ボルト挿通個所は第1図bにて示
す。)とともに側板E,E′の前部は前板Bの側端
と、後部は後板Dの側端と締付固定される構造と
なつている。(ボルト挿通個所はそれぞれ第1図
cおよびeにて示す。)15は各ガスバーナの取
付け間隔に合せて円弧状に膨出形成したばね片
で、ばね片15は後板Dに取付けられ、各個のガ
スバーナAを個別に押圧して弾性的に保持し、バ
ーナの長手方向の熱膨脹を吸収するためのもので
ある。また、18はバーナノズルを前記短管部5
と同一の間隔を保つて突出して取付けたノズル管
である。
