[Detailed explanation of the idea] In humid regions, underground water pressure creates buoyancy in the U-shaped groove, causing it to float up, making it impossible to maintain a water gradient, and making the road shoulder soft. U-grooves have been used to solve this problem. However, conventional U-shaped grooves with water collection holes simply have holes in their side walls, and can only collect water that adheres directly above the holes, resulting in poor water collection efficiency. In order to improve efficiency, it is necessary to provide a large number of water collection holes, which has the disadvantage that the strength of the side wall of the U-shaped groove decreases due to the cross-sectional defect.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks, and is characterized in that, in a U-shaped groove having a water collection hole in the side wall, a stepped water path is provided on the outer surface of the side wall in contact with the lower end of the water collection hole. It is a U-shaped groove with a water collection hole.

以下図面により本考案を詳細に説明する。 The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings.

In FIGS. 1 to 3, 1 is a U-shaped groove, 4 is a water collection hole, and 5 is a water path. The U-shaped groove 1 is made of precast concrete, and the left and right side walls 2 and the bottom plate 3 are integrally formed into a U-shape. Water collection hole 4
is a hole penetrating the side wall portion, and although the shape is circular in this embodiment, it is not particularly limited, and the size, number, and position can be freely designed depending on the situation. In the case of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the outer diameter of the water collecting hole 4 is made larger than the inner diameter, and the lower end of the water collecting hole is configured horizontally so that water can easily flow into the U-shaped groove. The water channel 5 is provided on the outer surface of the side wall 2 in contact with the lower end of the water collection hole 4. Water adhering to the side wall above the water path first flows down the side wall almost vertically to the water path 5, then flows along the water path 5 to the water collection hole 4, and flows through the water collection hole 4 into a U-shape. It flows into the groove. The shape of the outer surface of the U-shaped groove of the water channel may be horizontal, but it is more preferable if it is sloped downward toward the water collection hole because water will flow more easily toward the water collection hole. Although FIGS. 2 and 4 are good examples of this, the present invention is not limited to these, and any shape that allows water to flow into the water collection hole may be used. The cross section of the water path is stepped, and a specific example thereof is shown in FIG. In Fig. 5, a and b are stepped water paths 25 due to the difference in wall thickness of the side walls.
This is an example in which a and 25b are provided. Of these, in b, the water path 25b is inclined toward the inner surface, which prevents water from escaping from the water path. c.
is a stepped water path 25 with a convex cross-sectional shape of the side wall.
d and e are examples in which the cross-sectional shape of the side wall portion is concave and stepped water channels 25d and 25e are provided. A curved shape as shown in e is also included. 6 is a reinforcing part for embedding a metal fitting for jointing the U-shaped groove.

This product can collect almost all of the water that adheres to the side wall above the water channel, and is much more efficient than conventional products that can only collect water that is directly above the water collection hole. If this is used in humid areas, it can prevent the U-shaped groove from lifting up due to buoyancy, and it can also absorb moisture from the road shoulder and prevent it from weakening. In addition, the product of the present invention can significantly reduce the number of water collection holes compared to conventional products, so there is no problem of reduced strength due to cross-sectional defects in the side wall, and the wall thickness of the side wall can be made thinner. The industrial contribution of the present invention is extremely large.
