Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance workability and economical advantages of the construction work by a method in which a number of vertical grooves are formed on both sides of the stay portion of T-shaped blocks of an asymmetrical form and the blocks are clamped with bolts through recessions formed on the middle of the vertical grooves. CONSTITUTION:Several vertical grooves 3 are formed on both sides of the stay 2 of a block having the stay 2 almost right-angled to the front face 1. Bolt-clamping washers 5 connected with side plates 6 are attached to the upper and lower sides of recessions 4 formed near the middle of the grooves 3. The upper and lower side blocks are made to approach each other in an asymmetrical form, and bolts are fitted into the grooves 3 and clamped with nuts to connect the upper and lower side blocks in a rigid structure. Cement mortar having a rust proofness is then packed into the grooves 3, and these processes are repeated upwards to construct a retaining wall. The workability and economical advantage of the construction work can thus be enhanced, and cut-stone masonry work and curved construction work can also be performed.

<Conventional technology> Blocks conventionally used for retaining walls include gravity type retaining walls and single weight type retaining wall blocks, which have low self-weight and require a large amount of backfilling and backfilling material. There are various types, including lightweight and high-performance retaining wall blocks such as those described below.

The present invention has been developed to develop a retaining wall block that is lightweight and highly functional as a retaining wall, aiming at cantilever type retaining walls made of integral reinforced concrete, buttress walls, and supporting walls. A representative example of a conventional product suitable for comparison and contrast with the present invention is shown in FIG. 5, and its structure and method of use will be explained.

As shown in Figure 5, the structure of the block conventionally used for the upper retaining wall is that the front part (30) is a horizontally long rectangle;
It has two restraints (31) (31) at right angles to this, and the reinforcing bar insertion holes (32) are placed at two locations approximately on the center line of each of the restraints (31) (31), and the front Department (

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> The retaining wall formed as described in 1 above is in the form of a retaining wall made of integrally reinforced concrete. However, since the spacing between the retaining parts (31) (31) is narrow, the weight of the retaining parts (31) itself per given area of the retaining wall is unnecessarily large, and the weight of the block cannot be sufficiently reduced. In addition, the thickness of the retaining portions (31) (31) was limited, and large reinforcing bars insertion holes (32) could not be provided at key points, and the required number of reinforcing bars could not be inserted, resulting in a loose stacking slope. It is built as a wall to lean against. This limits the stacking height to a small amount, and the performance of these blocks is far inferior to that of monolithic reinforced concrete construction.

更に、前述のように小穴に鉄筋を挿入し、その間隙にモ

Furthermore, as mentioned above, inserting reinforcing bars into small holes and filling the gaps with mortar not only requires time and effort;
It is difficult to completely fill the gap and complete the construction.

In addition to these problems, in the above-mentioned cut-stone block stacking method shown in Figure 6, the two reinforcing bars that pass through the - blocks are half-completely connected above or below the blocks. It is in a state that it penetrates each block by one tree, and the left and right directions are inevitably in a straight line.
It was not suitable for curve construction.

These kinds of problems existed in the above-mentioned blocks, which were conventionally considered to have high performance, so we developed a block with even higher performance, which is similar to a straight wall and can be stacked up to a high height, and which can be constructed with curves. There was a strong demand for a retaining wall block that could be used.

Function> The retaining wall block of the present invention can be rigidly connected to each other by tightening the holes 1 and 2, and prestress can also be introduced into the retaining part (2), so that it can be used as a cantilever beam of reinforced concrete It is as strong as a retaining wall and has the same effect as a retaining wall.

As shown in these figures, the retaining wall block of the present invention is characterized by having a retaining part (2) that is approximately perpendicular to the front part (1), and these planes form an asymmetrical T-shape. It is a block with one to several (two in the figure) vertical grooves (:1) on both sides of the buttress (2).
3), a recess (4) is bored near the middle of this vertical groove (:1) (3), and bolt tightening washers (5) (5) are provided on both the upper and lower surfaces of the recess (4). This is what is happening. As is clear from the figure, the washer (5) (5) has a vertical groove (3) (
In the embodiment of the present invention in which a notch corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of 3) is provided, the washers (5) (5) are connected by the side plates (6) (6) on both sides, as shown in FIG. At the same time, these form the peripheral wall of the recess (4) necessary for tightening the bolt. If necessary, it is a good idea to provide a temporary cover for the back side. Both upper and lower edges of this abutting side plate (6) (6) are projecting white edges (7) (7) so that both left and right edges of the washer (5) (5) come into contact.

The state shown in FIG. 1 is shown in FIG. 1, with the backing side plate (6) and washer (5) being attached to both the upper and lower sides and both the left and right sides of the recess (4).

In other words, the upper and lower blocks are joined together by inverting them so that the asymmetrical T-shapes are offset (for "cut masonry"), and the lower washer (5) of the recess (4) in the upper block is ) and the washer (5) above the recess (4) in the lower block, insert one pole 1-(8) into the longitudinal groove (3).
Pass it through and tighten it with a nut. Tighten this bolt (8) with the adjacent vertical groove (3).

The two vertical grooves (3) (3) on the opposite side are used to rigidly connect the upper and lower blocks. In addition to connecting vertically adjacent blocks, the vertical grooves (3) (
It is also possible to interpose a block having only 3) without the recess (4) and clamp the upper and lower blocks together by tightening bolts.

After tightening the bolts, fill the upper and lower recesses (4) (4) and the vertical grooves (3) (3) between them with anti-rust mortar for the bolts, and then attach the washers (5) (5) and the backing side plates (6) ( 6)
Also, apply anti-rust treatment to bolts and nuts. In this case, the task of filling the anti-corrosion mortar with the bolts (8 ) is exposed, so it comes out very easily.

Since the retaining wall block of the present invention has a T-shaped plane with asymmetrical left and right sides, if the upper and lower blocks are stacked by alternating left and right inversion, it can be made into a "cut stone stack" as shown in Fig. 4, and furthermore, as shown in Fig. 6. A retaining wall having a desired curved surface can be produced, rather than being unsuitable for curved surfaces, as is the case with conventional cut stone masonry.

This notch can be changed to a round hole like a normal washer. If a round hole is used, instead of the bolt with a head (8) shown in Figure 2, use a bolt with threaded ends and insert it from above along the vertical groove (3) (3). It's okay.

<Effects of the Invention> The retaining wall blocks of the present invention described in detail above rigidly connect the blocks to each other by tightening bolts, so that it is not necessary to use a large amount of concrete, etc. It is superior in terms of economy and workability as it does not require any work or effort.Furthermore, due to the rigid bonding force provided by the aforementioned bolt tightening, it is comparable to monolithic reinforced concrete construction with sufficient reinforcement in terms of stacking height, stacking slope and strength. It is now possible to build retaining walls.
