Claims (1)
も1つの正特性サーミスタ素子と、これら電圧依
存性素子および正特性サーミスタ素子が当接して
両者を熱結合する伝熱部を有する中間端子と、上
記電圧依存性素子と正特性サーミスタ素子とを中
間端子の上記伝熱部を間にして両側から弾性的に
保持するばね部を有するばね端子と、上記電圧依
存性素子および正特性サーミスタ素子を収容する
外装ケースとからなり、上記ばね端子間に上記電
圧依存特性素子の許容値を越える異常高電圧が印
加されたときに電圧依存性素子から発生する熱が
正特性サーミスタ素子に与えられて上記ばね端子
間に流れる電流が制限されるようにしたことを特
