Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 歯の歯髄部補綴のために歯の根管を処置する
時に使用するグロメツト型口金であつて、外径が
根管直径より大きく軸線方向の長さは根管の深さ
の小部分として根管の入口部に形成した根管より
大きな直径の入口孔を覆う固体材料の管状本体を
備え、上記管状本体の内径を実質上根管の内径と
等しくして根管の処置及び補綴を可能とし、前記
口金を前記入口孔内に取付けたときに入口孔外に
残る端部の外周にフランジつきカラーを備え、該
フランジつきカラーは前記管状本体の内径孔と整
合する孔を有する減菌ダムを受入れ保持する環状
の凹所を有し、これによつて該減菌ダムが該歯お
よび該歯の周囲の歯肉を覆い且つその孔と該口金
の内径孔とを通して根管に近接することを可能と
し、さらに、前記フランジつきカラーの下面と係
合して減菌ダムを所定の位置に保持するクランプ
部が設けられていることを特徴とする歯髄部補綴
用グロメツト型口金。 2 口金を前記根管の入口孔にねじこみ固定する
ため該口金の外側管状面に外ねじを設けた特許請
求の範囲第1項記載の歯髄部補綴用グロメツト型
口金。 3 ほゞ平滑な内径孔を有する特許請求の範囲第
2項記載の歯髄部補綴用グロメツト型口金。 4 内径孔内面に内ねじを設けた特許請求の範囲
第2項記載の歯髄部補綴用グロメツト型口金。 5 内径孔内面を粗面とした特許請求の範囲第2
項記載の歯髄部補綴用グロメツト型口金。 6 前記内径孔とねじ係合可能の別体の前記カラ
ーを備え、該カラーをねじこむことにより減菌ダ
ムをその孔と前記内径孔とを整合させて保持する
ことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項の歯髄部
補綴用グロメツト型口金。 7 歯の歯髄部補綴のために歯の根管を処置する
ために使用するグロメツト型口金と、根管内に取
付ける補綴ピンとを備え;上記グロメツト型口金
は外径が根管直径より大きく軸線方向の長さは根
管の深さの小部分として根管の入口部に形成した
根管より大きな直径の入口孔を覆い入口孔を囲む
象牙質材料を支持する固体材料の管状本体を備
え、上記管状本体の内径を実質上根管の内径と等
しくして該内径孔を通して根管への近接を可能と
し;上記補綴ピンは管状本体の内径孔と嵌合して
該補綴ピンをグロメツト型口金内に支持する支持
部と、歯冠外補綴部材を支持する装置と、前記グ
ロメツト型口金の下方の所定の深さまで前記支持
部から根管内に延長する根管内部分とを有するこ
とを特徴とするグロメツト型口金と補綴ピンとの
組合せ装置。 8 前記グロメツト型口金がねじつきの内径孔を
有し、補綴ピンがその外周に対応するねじを有
し、補綴ピンをグロメツト型口金にねじこんだと
きその根管内部分が根管内に入りこむ深さを調整
可能とする、特許請求の範囲第7項記載の組合せ
装置。 9 補綴ピンの根管内部分の先端に根管の底部と
係合する装置を設けた、特許請求の範囲第7項記
載の組合せ装置。 10 前記先端にねじを設けた、特許請求の範囲
第9項記載の組合せ装置。 11 前記支持部は係合装置を有しないでグロメ
ツト型口金の管状本体の内径孔と滑動嵌合する、
特許請求の範囲第10項記載の組合せ装置。 12 補綴ピンの少くとも根管内部分が軸線方向
に中空である、特許請求の範囲第7項記載の組合
せ装置。 13 補綴ピンが少くとも可視および紫外線帯を
