この蓋の開閉時の回動中心となるヒンジ部と、前
記蓋をヒンジ部の回動中心に対し直角な方向に摺
動可能に付勢させる第１の付勢手段と、前記蓋を
開動方向に付勢させる第２の付勢手段と、前記蓋
が前記第１および第２の付勢手段にて付勢されて
いるときに前記筐体の一部に係合する係合爪とに
より構成されたラツチ機構と、前記蓋が閉じてい
るときに前記第１の付勢手段による付勢方向と逆
向きに働く戻り防止機構とを備えたことを特徴と
