Claims (1)
生じる脈流を取り除くための送液ダンパーであつ
て、ポンプからの送液路の一部に設けたダンパー
シリンダと送液中の脈流成分を検出する検出装置
と、該脈流検出装置からの出力に応じ、ダンパー
シリンダのピストンを検出された脈流成分を減少
する方向に移動させる機構とを備えてなることを
特徴とする送液ダンパー。 (2) 上記ダンパーシリンダに上下リミツトレベ
ルの位置検出装置を付設し、ピストンが上下いず
れかのリミツトレベルに到達したら該位置検出装
置からの出力に応じピストンの移動方向を反転さ
せ、ピストンが常時シリンダの中央部分で可動し
たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
項記載の送液ダンパー。 (3) 上記位置検出装置からの出力に応じてピス
トンを反転させる信号レベルを脈流を生じない大
きさとしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
