Claims (1)
- 主流路の弁口の流入口側と流出口側とを連通す
るバイパス流路をボデイに透設し、該バイパス流
路にニードル弁を介設したバイパス流路付開閉弁
において、該ニードル弁のニードルとその周囲に
鍔状に突成したダイヤフラムとをフツ素系樹脂に
より一体に形成し、該ダイヤフラムの外周縁を前
記ボデイに螺着したねじ体で該ボデイに形成した
環形段部に押し付けて前記ニードルの周りを封止
したことを特徴とするバイパス流路付開閉弁。
