ブフレームとの長さを所定の長さで選択的に係止
する第２の係止手段と、前記サブフレームへ取り
付けられた子供乗員の足部を支持するフツトレス
トと、このフツトレストの前記フレーム及びサブ
フレームに対する相対角度を選択的に調節すると
共にこの角度を保持する保持手段と、を有する子
