を説明する図、第５図は従来の進行波管装置の構
成を示す図である。図において、１は進行波管、
２は進行波管本体を被う外周器、３は電磁石、４
は進行波管本体、５はコレクターの外周器、６は
絶縁体、７は放熱板、８はコレクター部、９は電
子銃、１０はソケツト、１１は出力部、１２はコ
レクター壁、１３Ａ，１３Ｂ，１３Ｃ，１３Ｄは
電磁石、１４は交流電源１、１５は交流電源２、
１６は磁場のない場合の電子ビームの軌動、１７
は磁石１Ｈｅｘｔに曲げられた電子ビームの軌道
、１８は磁場のない場合電子ビームが当たるコレ
クター壁面の部分、１９は磁場１Ｈｅｘｔに曲げ
られた電子ビームが当たる部分である。なお、図
中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。
