記半導体レーザ素子を駆動する直流駆動手段と、
情報信号の最高周波数の2倍以上の高周波電流を
重畳する手段を有し、前記高周波重畳手段は、前
記直流駆動手段に対して、直流的に加算又は減算
することを特徴とする装置。 (2) 前記高周波重畳手段は、記録時にオフとな
り、高周波重畳手段の電流を補償する直流電流が
記録時に印加されることを特徴とする実用新案登
