Claims (1)
- 導電性を有する振動基板上の一方の中央部に円
形の圧電板を貼着して構成した圧電バイモルフ振
動板において、前記振動基板の外周部１２は前記
振動基板のカバーの外周よりも突出する切出片を
設置し、これを一方の端子板として兼用する構成
すると共に、フレームの側方に前記振動基板切出
片を挿置する溝と端子板を設け、前記振動基板の
切出片の中心位置と前記端子板の中心位置とを一
致させ、かつ前記切出片の幅は、前記の端子板の
幅よりも大とし側面に切欠を有するカバーを用い
て振動板及びフレームを一体にかしめて構成した
ことを特徴とする圧電形変換器。
