困難で、さらにはその埋設工事に要する費用(設
置費)も嵩み、製品コストの高騰を来たす原因と
もなつていた。特に斯かる業務用ガス煮炊釜は複
数個並設する場合が多く、この場合上述の危険度
が高く、さらに埋設工事にも多大な手間及び費用
がかかり、又、埋設された接続管から各ガスバー
ナへの分岐管は床面下から立上るためその配管長
さも長く、従つて業務用ガス煮炊釜が複数個にの
ぼると、全体としての配管長さも相当に長くなつ
てこれまた設置コストの高騰を来たす問題があつ
た。

以下本考案の一実施例につき図面を参照して説
明する。まず第1図には、三個の業務用ガス煮炊

の上部左、右には二つ割り形の軸受ブラケツト
2,2が取着されており、この軸受ブラケツト
2,2には図示しないが軸受メタルが夫々設けら
れている。3は本体容器で、これは上記軸受ブラ
ケツト2,2により回動可能に支持されており、
そしてこの本体容器3の下部開口部分には例えば
3個のガスバーナ4が配設されている。5は本体
容器3を回動させる回動機構で、これはハンドル
6及びウオーム(図示せず)並びにウオームホイ
ール7等から構成されている。8は釜本体で、こ
れは本体容器3に着脱可能に収容配置されてい
る。9はこの釜本体8を開閉する蓋で、これは、
ブラケツト2の上部に設けられた支柱10に倒し
機構11と開閉機構12とを介して設けられてお
り、而して倒し機構11は、第3図に示す如く構

り、このクランプ16を弛めることにより基体1

3をその回動位置に保持する様になつている。一
方、上記開閉機構12は、基板13上端部に一対
のアーム17をヒンジピン18を介して枢着しさ
らにトグルばね(図示せず)を設けた構成で、そ
のアーム17を前記蓋9に取着しており、従つて
該蓋9は開閉機構12により第1図実線の如く閉
塞状態に保持されると共に二点鎖線の如く開放保
持され、そして第2図に示す如く蓋9開放状態
(二点鎖線図示)から倒し機構11のクランプ1
6を弛めることにより前方向あるいは後方向へ倒
される様になつている(第2図各一点鎖線参
照)。尚第1図において、19は蓋9に取付けら
れた把手、20はタイマ21等を具えた制御ボツ
クスである。さて22は接続管であり、これはス
テンレス製であつて、第4図及び第5図に示す如
く脚1の両支脚部1a,1aを貫通する形態で該
脚1に架設されている。而して各ガス煮炊釜にお
ける接続管22は、第1図の如く相互にフレキシ
ブルパイプ23,23により接続されており、
又、各接続管22からは立上り状の配管が施され
ており、該立上り配管部24からは各ガスバーナ
4へ延びる配管が施されている。尚立上り配管部
24において、25はフレキシブルパイプであ
る。又、連続する接続管22のうち第1図右側の
ものの右端部は所定のガス供給源からの配管を接
続する接続口とされている。而してガス供給源か
らのガスは各接続管22を通して各ガスバーナ4
へ供給される。

点検も容易ならしめ得、しかも接続管埋設工事を
不要ならしめ得ると共に配管工事自体の簡略化を
図り得、総じて設置費の大幅な低減を図り得る
等、種々の優れた効果を奏する。
