Claims (1)
- シリンダ本体内に、突出作用室と退入作用室と
を区画するピストンを配設し、このピストンから
連設したピストンロツド内に油留室を形成すると
ともに、この油留室と前記退入作用室とを連通す
る連通孔をピストンロツドに形成し、前記ピスト
ン内に、前記油留室と退入作用室とを連通する連
通路を形成し、この連通路内に、流れ方向を油留
室から突出作用室としたチエツク弁を設けたこと
を特徴とするシリンダ装置。
