アクチユエータと、該積層圧電アクチユエータを
駆動する駆動子と、前記積層圧電アクチユエータ
の一端面に配設された基盤部と、前記駆動子を介
して前記積層圧電アクチユエータを前記基盤部に
圧接固定し前記積層圧電アクチユエータに電圧を
印加したときその伸びの変位より大きく移動する
梁状の第1の腕部と、該第1の腕部と、該第1の
腕部を所定の位置に支持する第1、第2及び第3
のヒンジばねと、該第2及び第3のヒンジばねの
段差接続部に一端面が固着された段差部を有する
第2の腕部と、該第2の腕部の他端面に固着され
た第4のヒンジばねと、該第4のヒンジばねによ
り支持段差部を有する第3の腕部と、該第3の腕
部の段差部に一端が固着され前記基盤部に他端が
固着された第5のヒンジばねとを備える圧電リレ
ーにおいて、前記第2のヒンジばねは前記第1の
腕部の長手方向の前記駆動子と接する側面と対向
する側面に接する側面に接するようにL字形に曲
げ且つ該L字形部の一端をコ字形に曲げて該第1
