いる。 FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an embodiment of an autoloading player according to the present invention. In this figure, the cabinet 1 has various operation means arranged on the front panel 2, similar to ordinary audio equipment such as amplifiers and tuners. It is designed to be moved in and out. A disk transport means 3 is provided for moving the disk, and by placing the disk 13 on this disk transport means 3, it is possible to automatically perform various operations from setting the disk to signal reproduction. It's getting old. Further, in this case, the positioning of the disk transport means 3 and the disk 13 is performed by placing the disk 13 on the spindle 4 provided on the disk transport means 3.
It can be completed by fitting the center hole of the , and it is also characterized by the fact that there is no need to use a special clamping mechanism.

The disk transport means 3 is shown in a state extended to the outside of the cabinet 1. In this figure, a turntable 5 is rotatably arranged inside the cabinet 1 with its disk support surface 6 facing downward, and is rotatably driven by a predetermined driving means. Further, a tone arm 7 is arranged below the turntable 5, and is configured to trace the lower surface of the disk 13 with the stylus of the cartridge facing upward. In such a mechanism for playing back a disc, the operation except for the process of setting the disc 13 on the turntable 5 can be realized in the same manner as in a normal automatic type record player.
The process of setting the disc 13 on the turntable 5 is a feature of the autoloading player according to the present invention. That is, when the disk 13 is placed on the disk conveyance means 3 and conveyance of the disk is started, the disk 13 is transferred into the cabinet 1 while being fitted to the spindle 4 and placed directly below the turntable 5.
Here, the spindle 4 is pushed up by the movement of the wedge-shaped member 10 provided in contact with one end thereof, and presses the disk 13 onto the disk support surface 6 of the turntable 5. In this case, spindle 4
The upper end enters into the recess provided at the center of the turntable 5, so the rise of the spindle 4 is not hindered, and in order to press the disk 13 onto the turntable 5, a flange provided on the spindle 4 is used. 4a pushes up the center of the disk 13, and the turntable 5 is arranged so as to be able to move upward according to the pressure of the spindle 4, so that the weight of the turntable 5 is supported by the disk 13. That will happen. Therefore, the disk support surface 6 of the turntable 5 and the disk 13 are in complete contact with each other, and the turntable 5 rotates stably around the spindle 4. In this state, the tone arm 7 is lead-in and signal reproduction becomes possible, but after the signal reproduction is completed, the wedge-shaped member 10 and the disk transport means 3 operate in the reverse process to the above, and the disk 13 is transferred to the cabinet 1. automatically discharged to the outside.

First, the disk transport means 3 has a double speed mechanism consisting of a moving member 8 having a spindle 4 at one end and a guide rail 9. One end of a movable member 8 is fixed to one point of a ring-shaped wire stretched between two pulleys, and another point of this wire is centrally symmetrical to the point at which the movable member 8 is fixed. is fixed to the cabinet 1 using a fixing member 14. By using such a mechanism, the movable member 8 and the guide rail 9 can slide relative to the cabinet 1 with the movable member 8 moving twice as far as the guide rail 9, and the disk transport It becomes possible to minimize the depth of the means.

Although in a suspended state, in an operating state, that is, in a state in which the disk is supported and rotated, the bearing 12 and the flange portion 11a of the central shaft 11 are connected to each other as shown in FIG.
The engagement state with the spindle 4 is released, and the weight of the turntable 5 is supported by the flange portion 4a of the spindle 4. Furthermore, the wedge-shaped member 10 makes point contact with the lower end of the spindle 4 to support its rotation. For this reason, it is preferable to arrange bearing balls at the lower end of the spindle 4.

Furthermore, the tone arm used for disk signal reproduction can be of any type, such as a normal offset type tone arm, but in the case of a static balance type tone arm, the weight on the balance weight side must be increased. By doing so, the stylus pressure of the cartridge can be easily generated.
