Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 下軸に支持されたるつぼの中に入れた原料
    融液に、引上げ軸の下端に固定した種結晶を漬け
    、回転しながら引上げることにより単結晶を引上
    げてゆく単結晶引上げ法に於て使用される種結晶
    であつて、引上げ軸に取付けた時引上げ軸下端よ
    り下になる位置に折損用切りこみを１本以上切り
    欠いた事を特徴とする単結晶引上げ用種結晶。 (2) 折損用切りこみが複数本ある場合、上方の
    切りこみより下方の切りこみの方が、切り欠きが
    深くなつているか、或は切り欠き面の数が多くな
    つている事を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第(1)項記載の単結晶引上げ用種結晶。
