温度を一定にする恒温源として、かつ、該セラミ
ツクヒータの表面に回路素子を配設したことを特
徴とする恒温槽付圧電発振器。 (2) 前記セラミツクヒータを有底筒体状に形成
し、前記圧電振動子を収納したことを特徴とする
第1項記載の恒温槽付圧電発振器。 (3) 前記セラミツクヒータを平板状に形成して
ケースに装着し、該ケースに前記圧電振動子を収
納したことを特徴とする第1項記載の恒温槽付圧
電発振器。 (4) 前記セラミツクヒータを圧電振動子のケー
スに適用したことを特徴とする第1項記載の恒温
槽付圧電発振器。
