[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention is useful for the assembly work in which a large number of capacitor winding elements are stored after winding electrode foil and separator paper using an automatic winding device, for example, in the next process, that is, assembling work in which they are enclosed in a shield case. Regarding a taping device that sequentially clamps the element between an adhesive tape and a strip-shaped sheet at a required interval in order to smooth it out, in particular, the two lead terminals of the element are always held between the adhesive tape and the strip-shaped sheet. The device is constructed so that it can be held in an orderly manner in a parallel state.The embodiment of the present application will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings.A is a capacitor winding element made by winding electrode foil and separator paper. Two long and short lead terminals b and b' are drawn out.
Reference numeral 1 denotes an elevating body (not shown) that is fixed to the upper end of an elevating rod 2 that moves up and down in conjunction with a drive unit, and as shown in Fig. 3, it is located near the front and rear ends of a rectangular base 3 that is long in the front and back direction. Support plates 4 and 4' are integrally erected facing each other, and a mounting portion 5 for the element body portion a is provided at the rear end. The support plates 4, 4' have vertical notches 6, 6' in the center thereof with a width that allows the two lead wires b, b' to intervene in parallel, and a V-shaped notch extending upward from the vertical notches 6, 6'. Opening 7 that spreads out in a character shape,
Recesses 8 and 8' are formed, respectively. Although not shown, the reference numeral 9 moves up and down directly above the support plates 4 and 4' in conjunction with a drive unit, and also lowers at a speed slightly faster than the descending speed of the elevating body 1 when the elevating body 1 is lowered. This is a pressing body provided at the lower end of the operating rod 10, which is made of a flexible material that is extremely easily deformed, such as sponge, and is provided with a contact plate 12 on the lower surface of the columnar pressing element 11. and is fixed to the lower part of the operating rod 10. 14 is the elevating body 1 when the elevating body 1 is lowered;
This is a positioning mechanism that presses forward the body part a of the element A supported above to restrict its protruding position.
a pressing arm 17 whose upper end is biased to tilt in the direction of the lifting body 1; The roller 18 tilts and presses its upper end against the rear end surface of the body part a of the element A. Reference numeral 19 denotes a fixing plate disposed between the elevating body 1 and the pressing body 9 and extending in a direction perpendicular to the elevating body 1; 20, a single-sided adhesive tape; and It is intermittently pulled out every time it is lifted and lowered, passes through the upper surface of the fixing plate 19, and then is transferred to the front position of the fuselage 15. Reference numeral 21 denotes a belt-shaped sheet made of paper or synthetic resin, which is intermittently pulled out from a roll provided on the machine body 14 each time the elevating body 1 moves up and down once, and is brought into contact with pressure rollers 22 at a position in front of the machine body 14.
It is polymerized and adhered to the adhesive surface of the single-sided adhesive tape 20 via 22'.

Next, to explain the operation of the device of the present invention, the element A is transported from the capacitor winding element holding section or the automatic winding device to the position of the elevating body 1 by the element feeding mechanism (not shown). At this position, the lead wires b and b' are fitted and supported in the recesses 8 and 8' of the elevating body 1 away from the element feeding mechanism, and the body part a is fitted and supported on the mounting part 5, respectively. In this state, the parallel direction of the pair of lead terminals b and b' of element A is irregular, and in order to regulate this in a constant direction, the pressing body 9 is lowered at a slightly high speed as the elevating body 1 is lowered. . Then, the pressing body 9 comes into contact with the lead wire with an extremely weak force, and as shown in FIG. The lead wires b and b' are parallel to each other in a horizontal state on the bottom surfaces of the lead wires 8 and 8', and in this state, the lead wires b and b' are temporarily held in pressure contact with the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 20 on the fixing plate 19. Next, the pressing body 9 rises, and the pressing body 9 once descends to a position lower than the fixed plate 19, and then rises and returns to its original state. On the other hand, as the elevating body 1 descends, the pressing arm 17 tilts in the direction of the elevating body 1, and its upper end presses the rear end surface of the body part a of the element A, thereby causing the front end surface of the body part a to support the rear position. It is positioned in contact with the rear surface of plate 4'. In this way, lead wire b of element A,
After temporarily holding b′, the adhesive tape is pulled out intermittently, and the pressure roller 22
The band-shaped sheet 21 is pressed onto the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 20 by 22', and the taping of the element is thus completed.

As described above, according to the present application, the parallel direction of the lead wires of the capacitor winding element randomly held on the elevating body and the protruding position of its body can be correctly regulated, so that it is possible to properly control the handling as well as the post-process work. It has advantages such as being extremely convenient and ensuring the taping action.
