    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 頂壁３周縁から垂設させた周壁４の下半部を容
    器本体口頚部への嵌合部５に形成させると共に、
    周壁上部前面に凹部６を形成させて該凹部内にノ
    ズル孔８を穿設させたキヤツプ本体１と、上記ノ
    ズル孔を閉塞させて凹部内に嵌合させた平板状の
    蓋板２とを有し、該蓋板上端縁の一部を薄肉の第
    １ヒンジ部１０を介して凹部上端の頂壁前端縁部
    分に結合させると共に、上記第１ヒンジ部の下方
    に位置した蓋板外面に、縦断面がＬ字状の弾性板
    部１１の一端を薄肉の第２ヒンジ部１２を介して
    結合させ、かつ該弾性板部の他端を、第１ヒンジ
    部の後方に位置したキヤツプ本体頂壁上面に薄肉
    の第３ヒンジ部１３を介して結合させ、第１ヒン
    ジ部を中心に蓋板を回動させることで、上記弾性
    板部の弾性変形により蓋板が弾性反転可能に形成
    させたことを特徴とするキヤツプ。
