- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 油槽１内上部に加熱管２を配設して、該加
熱管２の上方を加熱スペース４とし下方を清浄ス
ペース５とし、清浄スペース５を加熱スペース４
より大容積に形成し、清浄スペース５の上下部を
油槽１の外部に配した濾過器１０にポンプ９を介
して循環するように連結したことを特徴とするフ
ライヤー。 (2) ポンプ９及び濾過器１０を含む循環回路に
油槽１内の油面を規定するオーバーフロー装置１
３と新油槽１４を設けたことを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のフライヤー。
