構であつて、上記回転軸に回転軸を一方向のみに
回転可能とする第１のワンウエイクラツチ又はバ
ネ部材と、上記回転軸を上記第１のワンウエイク
ラツチ又はバネ部材と逆方向のみに回転可能とす
る第２のワンウエイクラツチ又はバネ部材とを設
け、かつ上記回転軸を進退可能に設けると共に、
その前進又は後退位置において上記第１のワンウ
エイクラツチ又はバネ部材及び第２のワンウエイ
クラツチ又はバネ部材と係合させて回転を抑止し
、かつこの係止位置から回転軸を後退又は前進さ
せることにより係合状態を解消して回転し得るよ
うにしたことを特徴とする回転軸の回転及びロツ
