Claims (1)
形成されている棒状可動部材と、該棒状可動部材
を案内するための案内孔が形成されている弁案内
部材と、前記弁案内部材に前記案内孔の一端に対
向するよう形成された前記バルブフエースに対応
する弁座と、前記バルブフエースを前記弁座から
離す方向に前記棒状可動部材を付勢するばね部材
と、外部からの電気信号に応答して前記棒状可動
部材を前記ばね部材の力に抗して移動させて閉弁
状態とするための電気的アクチエータと、前記案
内孔の一端と前記弁座との間に形成された室と、
入力ポートからの流体を前記室に導びく通路手段
とを備えて成り、前記棒状可動部材の外周面の形
状が、前記室内の圧力を受けて前記棒状可動部材
の所望の動作を妨げるような押圧力を前記棒状可
動部材に与えることのない形状となつていること
