れる構成にしたトラクターの作動機制御用弁装置
において、上記メインポペツトに形成したオリフ
イスの開口面積を、当該アクチユエータの微速制
御をするのに必要な大きさとし、しかも、当該メ
インポペツト先端の断面形状を、ほぼ台形にした
