Claims

An ignition device for an internal combustion engine, wherein an ignition coil and a pulse generator are arranged adjacent to each other in a housing of a power distributor, and a drive shaft of the pulse generator is supported by the housing and a bearing holder installed in the housing. An ignition device according to the invention, wherein a part of the bearing shaft holder is located close to the ignition coil, and the bearing holder is made of a ferromagnetic material.
