Claims (1)
- 長尺板状の固定上に一定の空隙を介して可動子
が対向配置され前記固定子上の長手方向に前記可
動子が直線移動するリニアモータにおいて、上記
固定子と上記可動子の対向する長手方向両脇側の
間隙に直線型ローラ軸受を介在せしめたことを特
徴とするリニアモータ。
