- 金属パイプの端部と電気取り出し端子に接続さ
れたリード線とを、径の異なる異径収縮チユーブ
を密着被覆するとともに、前記異径収縮チユーブ
と電気取り出し端子およびリード線との隙間に、
シリコーン樹脂で充填したことを特徴とするシー
ズヒータ。
