棒状化粧料を複数色集めて束ね、棒状圧縮玉1と同様の
径にし、芯出成形機で再び絞りをかけて多色の棒状固形
化粧料3を成形する。その後は、実施例1と同様にこの
多色の棒状固形化粧料3を切断して多色の板状固形化粧
料4を形成し、受皿5にプレスし、乾燥して製品を得た

Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)少なくとも2色の固形化粧料を隔壁によらず直接
隣接させて色分け模様を形成するプレス化粧料の製造方
法であって、 単一色の基本原料を玉出成形機で押し出して単色の棒状
圧縮玉を任意に数色成形し、この数色毎に成形された単
色の棒状圧縮玉をそれぞれ軸方向に分割して圧縮分割玉
を形成し、互いに色の異なる圧縮分割玉を目的の模様に
応じて組み合わせ、この組み合わせた圧縮分割玉をさら
に芯出成形機で絞りをかけて押し出して多色の棒状固形
化粧料を成形し、この多色の棒状固形化粧料をその軸の
直交方向から切断して多色の板状固形化粧料を得、この
多色の板状固形化粧料を受皿内にプレスすることを特徴
とするプレス化粧料の製造方法。

押し出して多色の棒状固形化粧料を成形し、この多色の
棒状固形化粧料をその軸の直交方向から切断して多色の
板状固形化粧料を得、この多色の板状固形化粧料を受皿
内にプレスすることを特徴とするプレス化粧料の製造方
法。
