A toaster oven is known which is equipped with a grill grate that slides into a slide groove in a side plate of an inner casing.

As described above, since the sliding grooves of the gridiron are formed in the horizontal direction, there is a risk that the lead wires may come into contact with the ends of the gridiron, resulting in breakage or poor insulation.

A device is provided in which consideration is given to preventing the conductive plate 33 from coming into contact with the conductive plate 33. However, in this case,
Insulation distances A and B must be provided between the end of the gridiron 34 and the conductive plate 33 and between the conductive plate 33 and the side plate 37a of the outer casing 37, respectively. There was a problem in that the face plate 37a protruded significantly laterally. Generally, in the case of electric cookers such as toaster ovens, the casing has a double-walled structure consisting of an outer casing and an inner casing, so the outer casing is large compared to the internal volume of the inner casing. However, the above-mentioned structure has the disadvantage that the size of the outer casing is further increased.

1 is rotatably provided around its lower end as a fulcrum. A grill 12 is disposed inside the inner casing 2, and both ends of the grill 12 are slidable in slide grooves 4 provided in the side plate 3 of the inner casing 2. Both ends of the gridiron 12 and the door 11 are connected by link fittings 13, and the link fittings allow the gridiron 12 to slide back and forth in conjunction with opening and closing of the door 11. Note that the grill 12 is painted black in order to enhance the heat receiving effect. Furthermore, a recess 12a is formed in this grill so that a bowl or small plate can be stably placed therein, and a relatively large bowl or small plate can be stored in the height direction.

As shown in FIG. 4, this heater 14 has a heater wire 15, a cylindrical insulator tube 16 that covers the outer periphery of the heater wire, and heater terminals 17 fixed to both ends of the heater wire by spot welding or the like. Both ends of the heater 14 are supported by heater insulators 18 attached to the side plate 3 of the inner casing 2. The heater insulator 18 is made of approximately cylindrical ceramic as shown in FIG. 5, and has a through hole 19 in the center and a flange 20 on the outer periphery. On the other hand, a mounting hole 5 is formed in the side plate 3 of the inner housing 2, and two holes are formed around this mounting hole.
Four L-shaped locking pieces 6, four arcuate guide pieces 7 standing vertically, and two check pieces 8 slightly projecting inward are formed. When the heater insulator 18 is inserted into the mounting hole 5 of the side plate 3 from the inside, the check piece 8 is pushed by the collar 20 and bent outward, as shown in FIG. At the same time, the check piece 8 engages with the inner surface of the collar 20. As a result, the heater insulator 18 is positioned in the inner and outer directions with respect to the side plate 3, and the guide piece 7 comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the collar 20, so that the heater insulator 18 is stably fixed to the side plate 3. The heater terminal 17 is inserted into the through hole 19 of the heater insulator 18, and the L-shaped portion 17a and the raised claw 17b of the heater terminal are engaged with both the front and back sides of the through hole 19, and the heater terminal 17 is inserted into the through hole 19 of the heater insulator 18. It is prevented from coming off against 18.

る。 On the outer surface of the side plate 3 of the inner casing 2, as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 8, a wire lead wire 21 bent in a dogleg shape is wired.
Both ends of the lead wire 21 are connected to the heater terminal 17, and the bent portion of the lead wire 21 is engaged and held by an insulating stand 22 attached near the end of the slide groove 4 of the side plate 3. That is, after both ends of the lead wire 21 are spot welded to the heater terminal 17, the tip of the heater terminal 17 is bent as shown by the broken line in FIG. 4, so that even if the welded part comes off, the lead wire 21 will not fall off. It's becoming like that. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 9, the insulating stand 22 has engagement grooves 23 at both ends that engage with the L-shaped raised pieces 9 of the side plate 3, and at the center thereof, the ends of the slide grooves 4. It has an arcuate recess 24 so as not to interfere with each other, and has a protrusion 25 on the outer surface of the recess 24 that engages and holds the lead wire 21, and the lead wire 21 on both sides of this protrusion.
1 has an insertion groove 26 through which it is inserted. Then, the bent portion of the lead wire 21 is inserted into the insertion groove 26 of the insulating stand 22 attached to the outer surface of the side plate 3 using the cut and raised pieces 9, and the bent portion of the lead wire 21 is locked to the back surface of the protrusion 25. The bent portion of the wire 21 is held to prevent it from coming off.

なり、外筐体の巾寸法を縮少できる。 That is, since both ends of the lead wire 21 are supported by the heater terminal 17 and the central bent part is supported by the insulating stand 22, the lead wire 21 is supported at three points, so that even if vibration or impact is applied, the lead wire 21 will not shift. It can be installed stably without falling or falling off. As mentioned above, since the lead wire 21 is attached along the outer surface of the side plate 3 so as to bypass the slide groove 4 of the side plate 3, the insulation distance between the end of the grill and the lead wire is reduced as in the conventional case. There is no need to provide it in the width direction of the outer casing, and the width dimension of the outer casing can be reduced.

For example, by providing an insulating stand with an inclined claw, and forcibly pushing the bent part of a lead wire whose ends are connected to the heater terminal into the claw,
The lead wire may be held. Furthermore, the method of connecting both ends of the lead wire and the heater terminal is not limited to spot welding as in the above embodiment, but can also be fixed by, for example, curving both ends of the lead wire into an arc shape and inserting a terminal screw into this curved part. You may.

First, the width of the outer casing can be reduced, and a sufficient insulation distance between the lead wire, the outer casing, and the end of the grill can be secured, which is safe. In addition, since the lead wire is a wire with the desired rigidity, it is easy to attach to the heater terminal and the insulating stand, and since the lead wire is supported at three points at both ends and the bent part, vibration is reduced. This has a great effect in that there is no fear that the lead wire will rattle or fall off even if it receives a shock.
