面、３……感圧性接着剤層、４……離形紙、５…
…折返し部、６……伝票シート、Ａ……折畳み伝
票。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透明フイルム１の裏面２に感圧性接着剤層３を
    形成し、この層３の表面に離形紙４を貼付すると
    共に、この離形紙４と接着剤層３との間に比較的
    長尺で折返し部５から折畳みでき、しかも前記透
    明フイルム１よりも幅狭の伝票シート６を差込む
    ことにより、この伝票シート６の表面を折返し部
    まで前記フイルム１に貼止したことを特徴とする
    折畳み伝票。
