Claims (1)
- 回転ドラムと該回転ドラム外部からの加熱手段
からなる焙煎機、該焙煎機の下方には、冷却用フ
アンと、底部が焙煎物は通過しないがチヤフは通
過する網目構造を有する焙煎物受皿、該焙煎物受
皿の下方に位置し底部にはチヤフは通過しないが
冷却空気は通過するフイルターを有するチヤフ受
皿を備えるとともに、前記の焙煎機、冷却用フア
ン、焙煎物受皿及びチヤフ受皿と排煙設備をその
内部に収容するハウジングとから構成されること
を特徴とする無煙焙煎ユニツト。
