Claims (1)
- 光源、該光源からのビームを整形するビーム整
形装置、整形されたが入射する光偏向装置、該偏
向装置と被走査面との間に配置され上記偏向装置
からのビームを被走査面上に収束する結像素子と
からなり、上記ビーム整形装置は、アナモフイツ
ク素子を含み、該素子からのビームを１対のミラ
ーの間を少なくとも２回以上反射させて光偏向装
置に光束を導くようにしたことを特徴とする走査
光学系。
