先端がミラーに点又は長手方向に延びる線で接触
し光学系基板に固定された固定支持部材を設け、
概ね上記各支持部材によるミラー支持点の裏面を
弾発的に加圧する加圧手段を設け、さらに、上記
の夫々の固定支持部材の近傍に、該固定支持部材
のミラー支持面からの突出量が調整可能でミラー
の反射面に先端で点接触可能な調整支持部材をミ
ラーの反射面側に設けたことを特徴とするミラー
