の弾性材よりなるベルトが該溝に着脱自在に嵌装

ベルトの外周面に臨ませたスパイクが埋設されて
いると共に該ベルトの内周面には剥離可能な該ベ
ルトの厚さ調整層が設けられていることを特徴と
