Various techniques have been disclosed in Publication No. 38-17061, Publication No. 16350 of Utility Model Publication No. 45-1970, and the like. However, with these conventional techniques, it is not always possible to obtain a product that fully satisfies the important element required for this type of fixing device, in terms of how firmly the arm rod can be fixed to a metal utility pole. It was. ``Problems to be Solved by the Invention'' However, as mentioned above, the conventional technology had the problem that the arm bars could not be firmly fixed to metal utility poles. This invention was devised by focusing on these conventional problems, and it fixes the armrest much more firmly than conventional products on utility poles that have a slippery surface such as metal utility poles made of steel pipes. The purpose of this invention is to provide an arm rod fixing device that can be used. "Means for Solving the Problem" The gist of the present invention to achieve this purpose is to use a metal tightening band attached to one side of a metal utility pole and a metal tightening band attached to the other side of the pole. The contacting metal fittings, the connecting metal fittings provided at both ends of the band, the fixing metal fittings respectively connected to these connecting metal fittings, and the arm rods guided by these fixing metal fittings and placed on the back side of the metal fittings are pressed down. In the arm rod fixing device consisting of a holding member, at least one of the surface of the metal tightening band that contacts the metal utility pole, the surface of the stopper that comes into contact with the metal utility pole, and the surface of the connecting fitting that comes into contact with the metal utility pole; The present invention relates to a device for fixing an arm rod for a metal utility pole having a glass fiber fabric attached to its surface. "Function" Therefore, a glass fiber fabric is pasted on at least one contact surface of the metal tightening band, the stopper fitting, and the connecting fitting that contact the metal utility pole,
The metal tightening band and the connecting fittings are connected after matching them to the diameter of the metal utility pole. Next, tighten the nut and apply the stopper to the metal utility pole, and fix it to the metal utility pole while pulling the metal tightening band. Then, place the armrest, and use the fixing nut to attach the armrest to the metal utility pole through the holding member. It is also designed to be firmly fixed to a metal utility pole. “Embodiment” An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a metal tightening band attached to one side of the metal utility pole A, and U-shaped connecting fittings 2 are attached to both ends of the band.
2 is provided. The connecting fitting 2 is formed with engaging holes 3, 3 that are long in the transverse direction (lengthwise direction of the column A) and holes 4, 4, 4 for receiving small screws for floating. and a locking part 6 at the end of the metal tightening band 1
is locked to the end face of the connecting fitting 2, and the floating screw 5 is screwed into the screw hole 4, thereby
A metal tightening band 1 and a connecting fitting 2 are connected. Further, elongated latching holes 8, 8 are formed in the upper and lower overhanging pieces 7, 7 of the connecting fitting 2 substantially along the outer surface of the column A, and a U-shaped bolt 9 is latched thereto. Reference numeral 10 denotes a fitting fitting arranged on the other side of the metal utility pole A, and as shown in FIG. , a reinforcing piece 13 is folded back and fixed between the opening edge and the arm rod receiving part 12. Further, a parallel seat piece 14 having a through hole 14a and a plate-like seat piece 15 having a through hole 15a are fixedly attached to the arm rod receiving parts 12, 12 in a state that extends laterally. Through hole 14a
One leg of the U-shaped bolts 9, 9 is inserted through the through hole 15a, respectively, and the fitting 10 is brought into contact with the metal utility pole A by means of a nut 16. Reference numeral 17 denotes an arm rod, which fits into the notches 12a, 12a of the arm rod receivers 12, 12, and is attached to the U-shaped bolt 9.
The boat-shaped presser member 18 is inserted between the parallel leg parts of the body and is straddled between the parallel leg parts by the fixing nut 19.
It is fixed to the stopper fitting 10 by pressing it down. Therefore, the aforementioned U-shaped bolt 9 and fixing nut 19 together form a fixing fitting. On the other hand, a glass fiber fabric 20 is adhered to the contact surfaces of the tightening band 1, the connecting fitting 2, and the stopper fitting 10 to the metal utility pole A with an adhesive 25. Note that 24 is a glass fiber bundle. Reference numeral 21 denotes a cuff arm rod, which is fixed to a metal utility pole by a U-shaped bolt 22 via a cuff 23. When fixing the arm rod, the metal tightening band 1 and the connecting fitting 2 are matched to the diameter of the metal telephone pole A and then connected. If the diameter is small, the locking part 6 is locked to the end of the connecting fitting 2 as shown in Figures 2 and 3, but if the diameter is large, the locking part 6 is locked to the end of the connecting fitting 2 as shown in Figure 4. 3. Next, the nut 16 is tightened to place the stopper fitting 10 against the metal utility pole A, and while the metal tightening band 1 is being pulled, it is fixed to the metal utility pole A. Thereafter, the arm rod 17 is arranged, and the arm rod 17 is fixed to the metal telephone pole A together with the stopper fitting 10 using the fixing nut 19 via the holding member 18. If it becomes necessary to add a holding arm rod 21, as shown in FIG. 2, the holding arm rod 21 is fixed to the pillar using the long latching hole 8 in the same manner as described above. In the fixing device of the present invention constructed in this way, a glass fiber fabric 20 is pasted using an adhesive 25 on the contact surfaces of the metal tightening band 1, the connecting fitting 2, and the stopper fitting 10 that contact the metal utility pole A. Because there is
As shown in FIG. 5, since the direction of the fiber bundles 24 of the fabric is vertical and horizontal, the horizontal fiber bundles in the longitudinal direction oppose the horizontal force applied to the arm rod 17, and the horizontal fiber bundles in the longitudinal direction oppose the force. For the vertical force applied to the rod 17, the vertical fiber bundles perpendicular thereto can resist the strong frictional force. Here, the fiber bundles 24 of the fabric correspond to the threads of the glass fiber fabric 20, and in the case of glass fiber fabrics, the threads are those twisted into a single thread like cotton thread or wool. It is not woven on a loom,
It is made of parallel thin glass fibers tied together into a woven fabric. This is because glass fibers cannot be twisted. Therefore, this is called a glass fiber bundle rather than a glass thread. By the way, metal utility poles are exposed to outdoor wind and rain for a long time (10~
The surface is always coated with zinc to prevent it from rusting even after being exposed for 20 years. Also, since the arm rod mounting brackets will be exposed to the wind and rain for a long period of time, they must be made of zinc. In this type of arm rod fixing device for metal utility poles, the load on the arm rod is more than 100 kg in the horizontal and vertical directions, so the metal fittings that fix this arm rod are required to have a moment of 100 kgM. Traditional utility poles were often made of wood or concrete, so the sliding friction was relatively large in the case of wood or concrete, but with metal utility poles, the zinc surface contacts the zinc surface, so they often slip. However, even when slipping well like this, the above
It is required that the arm rod should not tilt more than 2 degrees when a torque of 100 KgM is applied, and in the fixing device to which the glass fiber fabric of the present application is attached,
Even when the above torque is applied, it tilts only slightly (1 degree or less). This is because when the load is applied to the arm horizontally, the horizontal glass fiber bundles bear it, and when the load is applied vertically, the vertical fiber bundles bear it. Additionally, the fibers adhere well to the metal fittings, so they will not shift during use. The strength that glass fibers can withstand is that each glass fiber is thin and has a diameter of 0.4 mm, so the area is 0.125 mm 2 and the tensile strength of each fiber is 4.4 kg. The maximum stress of one fiber is 35.2Kg/ mm2 . This value is strong enough for carbon steel materials. Below, the experimental load values of the arm fixing device for utility poles of the present invention to which glass fiber fabric is attached and the experimental load values of the arm fixing device for utility poles to which no glass fiber fabric is attached are described. This experiment was conducted in the presence of Shikoku Electric Power Co., Ltd.

[Table] As shown in the above experimental values, the strength of the product of the present invention is proven. Note that the thickness of the glass fiber fabric does not shrink or become thinner even after many years. Therefore, a tightly tightened band will not loosen due to shrinkage. If the adhesive is made of a shrinkable material such as synthetic resin or rubber, the band will loosen over many years and the arm rod 17 will tilt in the horizontal and vertical directions, making it no longer compatible with the strength required by the electric power company. In addition, glass fibers are compatible with metal utility poles and have a large frictional force. Since the glass fibers are used in the form of a woven fabric, the adhesive penetrates into the woven fabric and hardens as shown in FIG. 6, making it possible to adhere firmly and extremely easily. Furthermore, glass fiber can withstand years of use20.
It is also ideal for use in arm rod fixing devices for metal utility poles that are exposed to the wind and rain for years or more.
