Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable an improvement in synchronous accuracy of pattern printing, molding properties and resistance to weather of a molded article, by a method wherein pattern printing is applied to a synthetic resin layer which has been formed on a synthetic resin film, whose dimensional stability is high, and are superior in the resistance to weather and molding properties, and the film is peeled off after lamination of a synthetic resin sheet, whose molding properties are favorable, on the layer. CONSTITUTION:As printing 3 of a pattern is applied to a synthetic resin layer 2, whose resistance to weather and molding properties are excellent, formed on a synthetic resin film 1, whose dimensional stability is high, through casting or laminating, elongation of the synthetic resin layer 2 based on heat at the time of the printing is prevented by the synthetic resin film 1. の良好な成形用同調シートを製造する方法に関する。 [従来の技術] プラスチック成形品であって、その形状に同調した絵柄
の印刷を有するものを製造するため、成形用のいわゆる
同調シートを用意し、これを真空成形などの手段で成形
して製品としている。 従来、成形用同調シートを製造するには下記の種々の方
法があるが、それぞれ欠点を有する。 まず、成形性の良好な合成樹脂フィルムの表面に直接印
刷を施してからその表面に成形性の良好な合成樹脂シー
トをラミネートする方法は、印刷およびラミネートの際
の熱によりシートが伸びるので、絵柄の印刷が変形する
ことが多い。 シートの伸びを防ぐために寸法安定性の高い合成樹脂フ
ィルムを使用し、その裏面に直接印刷を66た上に成形
性の良好な合成樹脂のシートをラミネートする方法によ
って得た同調シートは、熱によりシートが伸びることは
なく絵柄の同調精度は高いが、成形性が劣っている。 
一般に、寸法安定性の高い合成樹脂のフィルムは成形性

樹脂の層2上に絵柄の印刷3を施し、さらにこの上に成
形性の良好な合成樹脂シート4を積層した後、第2図に
示すように、前記寸法安定性の高い合成樹脂フィルム1
を剥離することを特徴とする。 寸法安定性の高い合成樹脂フィルムとしては、ポリエス
テル、ポリカーボネートおよびポリイミドからえらんだ
もののフィルムが適当である。 耐候性および成形性のすぐれた合成樹脂の層を形成する
材料は、ポリ塩化ビニルまたはポリメチルメタクリレー
トを用いればよい。 成形性の良好な合成樹脂シートとして、ポリ塩化ビニル
、ABS、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、EVA、ポ
リメチルメタクリレート、ポリスチレンおよびナイロン
からえらんだもののシートが好適に使用できる。 絵柄の印刷は、通常の印刷インキを用いて、グラビアそ
のほかの任意の方法で印刷すればよい。 [作 用] 第1図に示すように、寸法安定性の高い合成樹脂フィル
ム1の上にキャスティングまた熱ラミネートにより形成
した耐候性および成形性のすぐれた合成樹脂の層2に対
して絵柄の印刷3を施すので、印刷の際の熱による耐候
性および成形性のすぐれた合成樹脂の層2の伸びが寸法
安定性の高い合成樹脂フィルム1により防止され寸法安
定性を保った状態で印刷ができる。 この上に成形性の
良好な合成樹脂シート4を積層するので、ラミネ−トの
際の熱による伸びが防止され、やはり寸法が安定した状
態で積層が行なわれる。 寸法安定性の高い合成樹脂フ
ィルム1と耐候性および成形性のすぐれた合成樹脂の層
2は接着強度の弱い仮密着状態にあるので、第2図に示
すように、寸法安定性の高い合成樹脂フィルム1を剥離
すれば、耐候性、成形性の良好な成形用同調シートが得
られる。

の上に、成形性の良好な合成樹脂のシートとして、厚さ
500μのABSシートr201J  (三宝)を、温
度200’C1圧力40 Kl/ crA 、時間3分
間の条件下で熱プレスすることによりラミネートした。 上記ポリエステルフィルムを剥離して成形用同調シート
を得た。 このシートは、真空成形により成形したとき
良好な成形性を示し、この真空成形品は耐候性のすぐれ
たものであった。 発明の効果 本発明の成形用同調シートの製造方法を用いれば、製造
時の印刷およびラミネートの際の寸法安定性を確保して
同調精度の高い絵柄の印刷を行なうことができ、かつ成
形性の良好な成形用同調シートが得られる。 この同調
シートを成形してjqだ成形品は、表層部が耐候性の良
好な材料であるから、耐候性がよい。
