Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The forging equipment is used which arranges an upper part die 4 for forming tooth crest part 2a at the inner side of a clutch retainer 1, a lower part die 5 for forming tooth crest parts 2b, a mid part die 6 for forming snap ring grooves 3, and plural punches for forming a flange. The forming of the tooth art 2 and the groove 3 for snap ring is simultaneously performed by this equipment and both side walls 3a, 3b of the groove 3 for snap ring are formed as the sheared face bulging to the inner part of the tooth crest parts 2a, 2b. ラッチリテーナ1の外側には複数個のパンデフを配設し
た鍛圧装置が用いられる1、 この鍛圧装置により、歯
部2の成形とスナップリング用溝3との成形が同時に行
われ、第3図のようにスナップリング用溝3の両側壁3
a 、3bは、前記歯山部2a、2bの内方への膨出に
より剪断された剪断面として形成される。

する下部ダイ5の外周歯山部5aの歯厚15aより小さ
く設定されているので、成形後に中部ダイ6を半ピッチ
分だけ回転させると、第5図に示すにうに中部ダイ6の
外周歯山部6aがスナップリング用溝3から外れて下部
ダイ5の外周歯山部5aと重なる位置に移動する。従っ
て、この状態にてノックアラ1−〇を上界させれば、ク
ラッチリテーナ1を上部ダイ4、中部ダイ6及び下部ダ
イ5から外すことができ、クラッチリテーナ1の払い出
しが可能となる。なお、予めパンチ7は外方に移動させ
ておく。

ができ、満加工の専用機も不要である等のすぐれた効果
を奏する。
