を調圧弁により所定圧に調圧するようにしたライ
ン圧調整装置であつて、該調圧弁から排出される
余剰油を導く１対の第１第２油路を設け、該第１
油路により余剰油を該流体トルクコンバータとオ
イルクーラとを介してタンクに戻すと共に、該第
２油路により余剰油を該オイルクーラを介さずに
該タンクに戻すようにしたものにおいて、該第２
油路から分岐した第３油路を設けて、該第３油路
を該第１油路の該オイルクーラの上流部分に接続
すると共に、該第３油路に該第１油路側から該第
２油路側への油の逆流を阻止する逆止弁を介設し
