装置に関するものである。

効率的に行うようになしている。しかし針孔より
所要長の糸端が繰り出された停止糸の状態とし、
次の刺繍が直ちに行えるようになつているが、次
のミシン掛等によつてこの糸端が針孔よりしばし
ば抜け出ることがある。これを防ぐために針孔よ
り突出する糸端長を長くし他の器物等に巻きつけ
ている。従つて必要以上の糸端長を繰り出すため
糸が不経済であると共に刺繍後この余分な糸端を
鋏等で切断する手数を要するものとなる。

て装着され、且布押え5も一対として設けられる
と共に針棒群のうち選択的にして任意の一つが上
下動するようになつている。これは円盤形の針棒
取付板では本体1に対しこれを右又は左に旋回し
て又ヘツド本体が直線状ならばヘツド本体が横方
向に摺動して所望の針棒を選択し、該針棒を昇降
せしめて作動糸による刺繍を行うようになす。

挟持するのに適した押圧力にて圧接するようばね

8をブラケツト上部に設けられたガイド9にて支
持され、且ばね8aにて押え具8は受片6bに対
して所望の押圧力にて押圧されるようになしたも
のを採用することもできる。

せ、糸端はこの押え具下部と底片間にて挟持さ
れ、また孔又はくぼみと突起とにて糸が屈曲され
て挟持され、糸端に折曲を形成するようにして挟
持するもので、この装置では糸挟持を解除するに
は後述の糸端引掛具が前進する時押え具の上部を
ばね12に抗して押圧し、これにより押え具を揺
動させて押え具下部を底片より離間せしめるが、
この押え具の解放はソレノイド又はローラ等にて
押圧して行うものとする。

ク状をした引掛部13aにて引掛けて後退した時
二つの球面板間又は受具、押え具間より少し後方
位置となるようにしてその突出範囲を定めると共
にこの引掛具13が突出方向の前進時該引掛具に
て上方の球面板又は押え具をばねに抗して押し上
げるようになし、これにより球面板又は押え具が
下方の球面板又は受片よりばねに抗して自動的に
離間上昇し、この離間した両者間に引掛具13が
進入するようにし糸端を引掛けた後後退して元の
位置に戻つた時上方の球面板が下方の球面板に又
は押え具が底片に再び押圧されて、フツク状の引
掛部にて引掛けられてきた糸端を挟持されるよう
になすものである。尚この糸端引掛具はロータリ
ーソレノイド等にて旋回式としてこれによりフツ
ク部にて引掛けられた糸端を糸端挟持装置にて挟
持するようにすることも可能である。
