When filling a container with a surfactant-containing liquid, it is difficult to fill a filling container with the surfactant-containing liquid because foaming occurs violently during filling and the foam is stable. Therefore, in order to reduce foaming during filling, filling is carried out while the tip of the injection nozzle is sufficiently submerged under the surface of the surfactant-containing liquid. However, if you fill the container with the tip of the nozzle attached to the bottom of the container, the amount of filling will apparently decrease when you lift the nozzle after filling.
The container cannot be filled with the liquid. Especially when the viscosity of the liquid to be filled is high,
This not only reduces the amount that can be filled into the container, but also causes problems such as liquid adhering to the nozzle dripping out of the container and contaminating the working environment significantly. Therefore,
In order to avoid such problems, there is a method of filling the nozzle with its tip buried under the liquid surface and making the part of the nozzle immersed in the liquid smaller, in accordance with the filling speed (flow rate) of the liquid. It is possible, but
Even with this method, if the filling container has a complicated shape, such as a shape that is easy to grasp or a shape with a handle, as is the case with household items, the cross section of the container varies in width and narrowness, so the nozzle is moved at a constant speed. If the nozzle is raised, the distance between the immersed part of the nozzle, that is, the liquid level, and the nozzle tip cannot be made constant, and the above-mentioned problem cannot be avoided.

The inventors of the present invention have worked hard to provide a device that can quickly fill a filling container of any shape with a surfactant-containing liquid without causing any foaming and without the nozzle being deeply immersed in the liquid. After much research and effort, we finally completed this idea.

That is, the present invention is a filling device in which an injection nozzle with a downwardly directed nozzle tip is fixed in a predetermined position, and a filling pump is provided for filling the container with a surfactant-containing liquid from the nozzle tip in synchronization with the descent of the container. The discharge port of the pump and the injection nozzle are connected by a pipe in a fixed mutual positional relationship, and a pedestal on which the container can be placed is provided below the tip of the nozzle, and a pump that drives the pump is provided. A driving cylinder and a lifting cylinder that moves the pedestal up and down are connected by a control device, and a surfactant-containing liquid is filled into the container from the nozzle tip by driving the pump driving cylinder, and the surfactant-containing liquid is filled into the container from the nozzle tip. After the tip of the injection nozzle comes into contact with the liquid level in the container due to filling with the agent-containing liquid, the flow rate from the nozzle tip becomes constant and the tip of the injection nozzle is buried at a certain depth in the liquid level in the container. The object of the present invention is to provide a filling device for a surfactant-containing liquid, in which the surfactant-containing liquid is filled into the container while controlling the driving of both the cylinders so as to maintain the amount of the surfactant-containing liquid.

Therefore, in the present invention, the pulse motor 1
2 and 13 are linked to a control unit 14, and the control unit 14 determines the height of the nozzle tip from the bottom of the container C (or the liquid level in the container) and the horizontal direction of the container C at that height. By calculation based on the correspondence between the cross section and the cross-sectional area, and the correspondence between the height of the nozzle tip and the volume at that height, the amount of liquid L from the discharge port 7 of the pump 3 due to the drive of the pump drive cylinder 4 is determined. It is configured to control the discharge amount, the height of the nozzle tip by driving the lifting cylinder 2, and the rising speed of the injection nozzle 6.

Next, the elevating cylinder 2 is raised to position the tip of the injection nozzle 6 near the bottom of the container C. After that, the piston part 15 of the pump 3 is raised by the drive of the pump driving cylinder 4, and the liquid L passes through the pipe 8 and the injection nozzle 6, and is discharged from its tip.
First, the container C is filled little by little, and the piston portion 15 of the pump 3 rises at a low speed until the nozzle tip touches the liquid surface. Next, when the piston part 15 rises at a high speed and the surfactant-containing liquid L is filled into the container C, the pulse motor 12 is driven and the lifting cylinder 2 is operated according to a command from the control part 14.
The pedestal 1 descends while maintaining the state in which the tip of the nozzle 6 is buried in the liquid level to a certain depth h. On this occasion,
According to a command from the control unit 14, the speed at which the pedestal 1 descends becomes smaller when the cross-sectional area of the container C at the height of the nozzle tip is large, and becomes faster when the cross-sectional area is small. Such operation of the stand can be performed by inputting data based on the shape of the container into the control section 14 in advance. For example, measure the depth at which the tip of the nozzle 6 is below the liquid surface when the rod 4' of the cylinder 4 has risen, and then measure the depth h of the nozzle 6 when the rod 4' of the cylinder 4 has risen to a predetermined position. The control section 14 is set in advance so that the rod 2' begins to descend. In addition, the rising speed of the liquid level in the container when the rod 3' rises at a constant speed is measured in advance according to the shape of the container, so that even if the cross-sectional area (cross-sectional area) of the container changes, The control unit 14 is set so that the descending speed of the rod 2' changes in response to changes in the cross-sectional area of the container so that the tip of the nozzle remains buried to a certain depth from the liquid level. I'll keep it. Furthermore, the control section 14 is set so that the speed increases after the tip of the rod 4' is submerged under the liquid surface.

As described above, according to the filling device of the present invention, the liquid L can be filled into the container C while keeping the nozzle tip buried under the surface of the surfactant-containing liquid to a certain depth h. , foaming during filling can be minimized, and since only the tip of the nozzle is below the liquid surface to a certain depth, the amount of liquid adhering to the nozzle is extremely small, so there is no interface in container C regardless of its shape. The active agent-containing liquid can be quickly and reliably filled in a predetermined amount without causing the problem of foaming, and the nozzle of the device of the present invention only needs to have an opening for injecting the liquid into the container. Since there is no need for a complicated structure and the nozzle can be formed with a small diameter, the device of the present invention can be effectively used for filling liquid into small-diameter containers such as household liquid detergent containers.
