Conventionally, in order to prevent the so-called bridging phenomenon and rathole phenomenon caused by fine powder, moisture-containing substances, etc. adhering to the interior of the hopper, etc., the inner wall surface of the hopper has been coated with ultra-high-quality materials with excellent abrasion resistance and sliding properties. It is well known that synthetic resins such as high molecular weight polyethylene and other lining materials are fixed using methods such as screwing or riveting, but stud welding is generally used to securely fix the lining material. The method of bolting using the fasteners used has been adopted as an efficient and reliable construction method.

By the way, as a fastening tool used for such a purpose, a fastening tool 3 as shown in FIG. 1 is already known. 3a and a countersunk screw 3b that is screwed onto the stud bolt 3a, and a large number of mounting holes 21'' are drilled in the lining material 2 placed on the top surface of the metal plate 1.
After inserting the stud bolt 3a and stud welding the tip of the stud bolt 3a to the metal plate 1 side, screw the countersunk screw 3b onto the stud bolt 3a from above to connect the metal plate 1 and the stud bolt 3a. Flat screw 3
The lining material 2 is fixed to the upper surface of the metal plate 1 by sandwiching the lining material 2 between the metal plate 1 and the metal plate 1.

In addition, in recent years, in order to prevent the lining material from warping inward due to the difference in coefficient of thermal expansion between the lining material and the metal plate, the mounting hole 21'' of the lining material has been expanded as shown in Figure 2. As shown in the figure, a hole 21a larger in diameter than the stud bolt 4a is provided on the side of the metal plate 1, and a hole for tightening a head nut with a diameter larger than the hole 21a is provided on the opposite side of the metal plate 1, that is, above the hole 21a. 21b are connected to each other, and the fastening tool 4 is formed by connecting stud bolts 4a that are inserted into the blank holes 21a and stud-welded.
and a head nut 4b screwed onto the stud bolt 4a and having a slightly smaller diameter than the head nut tightening hole 21b is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 57-92693. , the fastener 4 disclosed here also connects the stud bolt 4a to the metal plate 1.
After welding the lining material 2 to the metal plate 1, the head nut 4b is screwed onto the stud bolt 4a from above to fix the lining material 2 onto the metal plate 1. In this way, in the case of conventional fasteners, the lining material is fixed to the top surface of the metal plate by stud welding the stud bolts and then screwing flat head screws or head nuts onto the stud bolts one by one. It was a hassle.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above, and provides a lining material fixing tool that can securely fix a lining material to the top surface of a metal plate simply by welding the welded portion to the top surface of the metal plate by stud welding. This is intended to reduce the work of attaching the lining material to the upper surface of the metal plate, which has been considered troublesome in the past.

Reference numeral 5 denotes a lining material fastening tool of the present invention, and the lower part of the fastening tool 5 is a rod-shaped welded part 5a that is inserted into the mounting hole 21 of the lining material 2 and stud-welded to the upper surface of the metal plate 1. The tip of the welding portion 5a has a Brooks ball 6 that melts during welding. A disc-shaped head 5b having a larger diameter than the welding part 5a is integrally attached above the welding part 5a, and the head 5b cooperates with the metal plate 1 to clamp the lining material 2. be. Furthermore, a rod-shaped clamping part 5c extends vertically upward from the center of the upper surface of the head 5b, and the proximal end of the clamping part 5c has a notch with a diameter that is large enough to break when hit with a hammer or the like. 5

The lining material 2 has a large number of mounting holes 21 bored at appropriate intervals at predetermined positions.
The lower part of each mounting hole 21 is larger in diameter than the welded part 5a of the fastener 5 of the present invention in order to fit the arc shield 7 necessary when the welded part 5a of the fastener 5 of the present invention is stud-welded. Holes 21a... having a smaller diameter than the head 5b are formed. Stupid hole 21a...
The height h is approximately the same as the length of the welded portion 5a of the fastener 5. Furthermore, head fitting holes 21b, which are slightly larger in diameter than the head 5b, which is larger in diameter than the welded portion 5a, are formed in the upper portions of the blank holes 21a. The reason why the head fitting hole 21b is formed to have a slightly larger diameter than the head 5b of the fastening device 5 of the present invention is to prevent the thermal expansion and contraction of the lining material 2 from forming between the head 5b and the fitting hole 21b. It goes without saying that the size of this gap 8 is determined depending on the coefficient of thermal expansion between the lining material 2 and the metal plate 1, and the size of this gap 8... The formation of is not necessarily necessary.

That is, first, the lining material 2 with the above-described mounting holes 21... is placed on the upper surface of the metal plate 1, and then the arc shield 7 is fitted into the blank hole 21a... and the welded portion 5a of the fastener 5 of the present invention is is inserted into the hole 21a and the arc shield 7, the other clamping part 5c is clamped by the arm 9 of the welding gun, and the welding part 5a and the arc shield 7 are pressed against the metal plate 1. The welded portion 5a is erected by stud welding on the upper surface of the plate 1. At this time, the lower surface of the head 5b of the fastener 5 is in pressure contact with the upper surface of the head fitting hole 21b. After that, when the clamping part 5c protruding upward from the mounting hole 21 is hit with a hammer (not shown), etc., the clamping part 5c can be easily broken off because the notch 5d is provided at its base end. The head 5b fitted into the head fitting hole 21b of the mounting hole 21... presses the lining material 2 from above and cooperates with the metal plate 1 to clamp the lining material 2, so that the lining material 2 is a metal plate. It is firmly fixed to the top surface of 1.

After that, if necessary, cover the openings of the mounting holes 21 with caps 10 made of the same material as the lining material 2 to close the mounting holes 21, and the surface will look beautiful.
A smooth lining surface can be obtained.

Another example of the present invention is embodied as shown in FIG. That is, the feature of this product is that the welding part 5a and the head part 5b are integrally molded in a tapered shape, so that when stud welding the welding part 5a to the upper surface of the metal plate 1, welding can be performed without using the arc shield 7. A large number of tapered mounting holes 21' corresponding to the welded portion 5a and the head 5b are bored in the lining material 2, and the mounting holes 2
A cap 10 as shown in FIG. 5 can be placed over the upper opening of the caps 1', if necessary.

(2) Welding work is easy. When welding a welding part to the upper surface of a metal plate, the clamping part can be clamped with an arm of a welding gun, and conversely, since the arc shield does not need to be gripped with an arm, welding work can be easily performed. In addition, the proximal end of the clamping part has a notch so that it can be easily broken off, so after the welding part has been welded, it can be easily cut off by hitting it with a hammer, etc., making it easy to handle. It's convenient.
