Conventional technology Due to the advantages of infusion containers, such as their ability to not break even if dropped and their light weight, the use of plastic containers has rapidly progressed in recent years. Those with a substantially rectangular body section are often used because they allow the body to be deformed by turning the mouth downward during infusion, allowing the infusion to be carried out without supplying air to the inside.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention has been developed in view of the above-mentioned problems. When an infusion solution is put in and suspended from a hanger and allowed to drip naturally, it deforms uniformly as the liquid level drops, resulting in an unsightly appearance. The object of the present invention is to provide a plastic container for infusion that can be deformed without any deformation.

When an active infusion solution is put in and suspended from a sling and allowed to drip naturally, the body on the short side of the cross section has the strongest rigidity due to the ribs, so the shape of this part is maintained and the body is suspended. The other parts of the part deform and come into close contact with each other, and the part deforms uniformly and always into a fixed shape.

Next, the cross-sectional shape of the body portion 2 has a substantially rectangular shape having a long side 21 and a short side 22. The short side 22 has a plurality of ribs 6 formed vertically on the flat surface of the short side 22.
.. It has 6... The ribs 6,6... may be provided to protrude inwardly or outwardly from the wall of the body 2. When in use, the device is hung using a hanging device 5 with the mouth portion 3 sealed with a stopper (not shown) mainly made of rubber facing down.

The infusion solution stored inside is dripped by its own weight through a syringe needle (not shown) that has been pierced into the stopper in advance. When the infusion solution is dropped, a negative pressure is created in the container 1, and the pressure causes the body 2 of the container 1 to deform inward. In order to apply negative pressure to the wall of the body, first the long side 21, which has a large area,
deforms inward.

Moreover, the deformation occurs gradually from the body near the liquid level on the bottom side. As natural dripping (dropping proceeds by its own deformation without introducing air into the container) further progresses, the close contact of the long side 21 progresses from the bottom 4 side to the mouth 3 side (see Figure 2). . At this time, the short side 22 of the body part 2 has ribs 6, 6, 6, etc. and therefore has rigidity, so that it maintains its shape vertically without being deformed.

When the liquid level drops to near the mouth, the body 2 comes into close contact with the liquid level, leaving the short sides 22 intact.

In this way, the adhesion of the body portion 2 progresses extremely uniformly and while creating a beautiful appearance. At this time, the close contact of the body 2 progresses with the liquid level slightly behind the progress of the liquid level and at a constant interval, so that the liquid level can be measured accurately, that is, the amount of infusion used can be measured accurately.

When in use, the body 2' is deformed so that the long sides of the body come into close contact with each other, centering on C, as shown in FIG. In this way, deformation occurs with the C-C portion as the starting point for deformation, and since it can be easily deformed, natural dripping is easy, and the natural dripping does not stop in the middle, and the short side portion is deformed. Therefore, folding does not occur during natural dripping.

Furthermore, the plastics that can be used in the present invention are not limited to those shown in the above examples, and are not particularly limited as long as they have good transparency and blow moldability. For example, polyethylene , polyolefin synthetic resins such as polypropylene, and various plastics such as polyvinyl chloride can be used.

In addition, if each rib 6 is formed long in the direction perpendicular to the central axis of the plastic container for infusion as in the embodiment, and a plurality of ribs 6 are arranged in parallel in the vertical direction (direction of the central axis), Compared to a plastic container for infusion (not shown) in which individual ribs are simply formed to be long in the vertical direction, the rigidity of the entire short side can be further improved.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, when a plastic container for infusion is hung with a hanger with its mouth facing down to allow natural dripping, the adhesion of the body is extremely uniform and a beautiful appearance is formed. I can do it.
