However, no consideration was given to issues such as an increase in product costs. In addition to the above-mentioned problems, the latter method also lacks consideration in that vibrations caused by the vibration of the rotating brush are indirectly or directly transmitted to the lamp, resulting in a significant reduction in lamp life.

A boss 48 is formed on the two attachments protruding from the intake duct 32 toward the intake inlet portion 33, and the lamp chamber 41 is supported by screws 45. The lamp chamber 41 has a reflective plate 46 made of a metal plate such as a stainless steel plate in the shape of an abbreviation, and a highly heat insulating resin having through holes 51 on both sides of the plate for passing lead wires 50 through. It is composed of a side plate 53 forming a plate 46. A lamp chamber 41 is provided at one lower end of the reflector plate 46 as shown in FIG.
In order to attach the lamp chamber 41 to the intake duct 32, a mounting portion 55 having an L-shaped screw hole is brought into contact with the boss 48 to support the lamp chamber 41 on the intake duct 32 using the screw 45.

The filtered airflow passes through a suction duct 60 attached to the main body case 2, passes through a protruding main body duct 62 disposed within the rotating shaft 12b of the main body case 2, and is sucked and collected into a dust collection bag (not shown) in the dust collection chamber 4. The air is further filtered by an air intake filter 36 provided on the bottom of the chamber 4, passed through an air intake duct 32, and guided into the electric blower 6, where the armature (not shown) and stator coil (not shown) inside the housing 7 are cooled by the exhaust air. The sound is muffled by a sound absorbing material 62 from an exhaust hole (not shown) in the housing 7, and the exhaust air (arrow 9 in the figure) is rotated from the bottom surface 5 of the storage section 1 in the electric feeder room 8 and passes through the intake duct 32. Ventilation hole 56 of lamp chamber 41
Part of the exhaust air is guided to the side plate 5 while cooling the lamp 42.
The exhaust air that does not reach the lamp chamber 41 is discharged from the exhaust window 38 through the through hole 51 of No. 3 to the outside of the machine.

となっている。Regarding the irradiation direction of the illumination lamp 42, since the main body case 2 is tiltable with respect to the mouthpiece case 10 as described above, the user can select the optimum angle and the irradiation direction is determined by the reflection angle of the dogleg-shaped irradiation window 400. The illumination direction is directed toward the floor below the front, and the structure is such that the illumination effect can be fully demonstrated on floors that are not well-lit. Further, the irradiation window 40 is detachably attached to the case lid 3, so that in the event that the lamp burns out and the lamp needs to be replaced, the lamp can be easily replaced by inserting a finger through the irradiation window 40.

低減が計られる。(1) As shown in the graph shown in tlE4, the temperature inside the lamp chamber 41 is approximately 40 to 50% with no ventilation and with ventilation.
By creating a temperature difference of C and allowing ventilation, not only can the life of the lamp be improved, but also general thermoplastic resin can be selected for the irradiation window 40 around the lamp chamber 41, the case lid 3, etc., and the actual manufacturing cost can be reduced.

In this example, where the illuminance was 50 Lux or less, the brightness was doubled to 100 Lux,
A vacuum cleaner that can use a large electric lamp and is very user-friendly can be provided.

This has the effect of not only reducing costs, but also making it easier to replace the lamp when it burns out, and reducing replacement costs.

Since the exhaust air is introduced, the lamp 42, which is the heat source, is finally cooled down, so the cooling heat from the lamp 42 is led 50. Since the lamp holder 44 is not affected, thermal deterioration is less likely to occur and the reliability of the component parts is improved. In connection with this, the mounting part 55 of the lamp chamber 41 is similarly not affected by the heat from the lamp 42, so the installation of the intake duct 32 made of thermoplastic resin will not cause thermal deformation or deterioration of the boss 48, so the lamp The mounting of chamber 41 remains stable.
