組 成:
The present invention relates to a hair rinse composition, and more particularly to a highly durable hair rinse composition containing a quaternary ammonium salt and fine silica powder. Hair rinses containing quaternary ammonium salts such as distearyldimethylammonium chloride as an active ingredient have been used for rinsing in order to eliminate various harmful effects after hair washing. Hair rinse agents are intended to impart flexibility, smoothness, antistatic properties, etc. to hair, but quaternary ammonium salts alone do not provide sufficient effects regarding flexibility and smoothness. Therefore, conventional hair rinses generally contain fats and oils such as higher alcohols, glycerides, and liquid paraffin in order to improve these drawbacks. That is, an emulsified dispersion system of an appropriate fat or oil and a quaternary ammonium salt was considered to be the most preferable. However, quaternary ammonium salts stably emulsify a sufficient amount of fats and oils to be effective.
Since it does not have the ability to disperse, attempts have been made to mix more hydrophilic nonionic active agents to keep the emulsification and dispersion system stable. However, since highly hydrophilic nonionic surfactants have the effect of significantly reducing the rinsing effect, hair rinses containing highly hydrophilic nonionic surfactants do not work well when combined with quaternary ammonium salts and fats and oils. However, there was a drawback that the original rinsing effect could not be fully exhibited. On the other hand, in conventional hair rinse compositions,
The drawback is that the original rinsing effect, that is, the effect of imparting flexibility, smoothness, and antistatic properties to hair, has not yet been perfected. Furthermore, with conventional hair rinses, the rinsing effect easily disappears over time after rinsing the hair, so there is a need to develop a highly durable hair rinse that maintains a stable rinsing effect for a long time. was. Therefore, the present inventor conducted intensive research to improve the shortcomings of conventional hair rinse agents, and to obtain a hair rinse agent with excellent rinsing effect and durability. The present invention was completed based on the discovery that a hair rinse agent composition containing powder can achieve the above object. That is, the present invention has the following two components, (A) general formula () (In the formula, 1 to 2 of R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 represent a long-chain alkyl group or a long-chain hydroxyalkyl group with 8 to 20 carbon atoms, and the rest are alkyl groups with 1 to 3 carbon atoms. , a hydroxyalkyl group, a benzyl group, or a polyoxyethylene group with a total number of added moles of 10 or less, and X is a halogen atom or a carbon number of 1 to
Provided is a hair rinse agent composition containing 0.1 to 20% by weight of one or more quaternary ammonium salts represented by It is something to do. Preferred specific examples of the quaternary ammonium salt which is component (A) of the present invention include distearyldimethylammonium chloride, stearyltrimethylammonium methosulfate, N-stearyl-N,N,N-tri(polyoxyethylene ) ammonium chloride (total addition of 3 moles), cetyltriethylammonium bromide, stialyldimethylammonium chloride, and the like. In addition, as the silica of component (B), silicic anhydride represented by SiO 2 , silica containing water of crystallization, colloidal silica, etc. are used, but among them, when added to water, it has excellent dispersibility. Colloidal silica is most preferred. These silicas are used in the form of fine powder, and the average particle size thereof is preferably 1 to 100 mμ, particularly 10 to 40 mμ. This silica is
Due to its adsorption power, it adheres to the hair and has the effect of sustaining the effect of component (A). The hair rinse agent composition of the present invention can be prepared in an amount of 0.1 to 20% by weight based on the total amount of the hair rinse agent by a conventional method.
(hereinafter expressed as %), preferably 0.5 to 5% of component (A) and 0.1 to 10%, preferably 0.5 to 3% of component (B), in water, and if necessary alcohol, propylene glycol, glycerin. It is manufactured by dissolving it in a suitable solvent such as. In this case, 5%
The PH of the solution is the same as that of regular hair rinse agent.
Organic acids such as citric acid and lactic acid to make the ratio 3 to 8.
Preferably, it is adjusted with an inorganic acid such as phosphoric acid or hydrochloric acid, an inorganic alkali such as caustic soda, or an organic alkali such as triethanolamine. The hair rinse agent composition of the present invention further includes fatty acid higher alcohol, lanolin oil,
Oils and fats such as esters, liquid paraffin, and higher fatty acids, bactericides, thickeners, fragrances, and the like may be added and blended as appropriate. Next, the present invention will be described with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples. Example 1 A bundle of hair (length 20 cm, weight 30 g) was washed with a commercially available shampoo containing an anionic surfactant as the main ingredient, and then rinsed in a hair rinse composition having the following composition. A panel of 10 female experts conducted a sensory evaluation of the rinse effect over time. For rinsing, apply 10 pieces of each hair rinse agent composition.
Each hair bundle was dissolved in 500 ml of warm water at 40°C for 30 seconds, rinsed with running water for 30 seconds, and then dried with a towel. The results are shown in Table 1. Composition:
